Cabra Blau is a very unique blue cheese made from pasteurized goat’s milk in the mountains of Catalonia.
Cabra Blau is slowly matured for two or three months. Its edible rind is fragile and delicate, protecting a pale ivory paste with bluish veins, typical of the blue cheeses.
In the palate, it is very creamy with a taste to butter, slightly spicy and slightly salty.
This astonishing cheese comes from the same artisanal dairy as our award-winning Garrotxa and Tupi.
