Handcrafted sweet white wine jam produced in Jumilla region, Murcia, a wine producing area recognized by a P.D.O. This sweet jam is made from Moscatel grapes, of yellowish color. Totally handcrafted, this jam is low caloric due to the low addition of sugar and it contains no alcohol, as it loses all during the production process while keeping the full flavor of the wine.
Fantastic with any kind of cheese, it is also great with foie. In desserts, this sweet jam also enhances the flavors of fruit and chocolates.
