Aprime is a pasteurized goat cheese from Catalonia of a mild taste and smooth texture, ideal for low fat and low salt diets.
Aprime is elaborated with pasteurized goat’s milk in Catalonia and it has a soft, elastic, creamy and melting consistency. It has a smooth aroma suggesting butter and a frank, clean, somewhat milky flavor and very little acidity and salt.
Aprime is ideal for low fat and low salt diets. It is very good when daced into salads, grilled on top of eggplants or pizzas.
This cheese comes from the same artisan family-run dairy that also produces Nevat, Nevat in logs, Montcabrer, Sant Mateu, Cantell and Ros.
