• Castell Morella artisan goat cheese is a pasteurized goat cheese with a pyramidal shape, very attractive to the eye, covered with a layer of gray mold that develops on the rind. Made in Valencia, this artisan cheese is cured in caves for about 30 days. The texture of Castell Morella is quite elastic, without eyes and creamy on the palate. The flavor, of medium intensity, is slightly sweet and salty, with hints of nutty.
